AGREEMENT WITH PARTICIPANT of FAIR of INVESTMENTS & INNOVATIONS

A Present agreement (then - "Agreement") is a legal document which is concluded between Participant (natural or juridical person, then - "Participant") and organizers of Fair of Investments and Innovations (then - "Fair") in relation to information maintenance and program product of Fair (then Fair information ).

Fair Information protected by laws and international agreements about copyrights.

If Participant uses Fair information soever, he assumes the conditions of  Agreement. If he does not adopt conditions of Agreement, then has no authority to make use of Fair information.

FAIR SERVICES

Fair gives to Participant four services after his registration:

1. Gratuitous service allows:
· to realize a free movement on all of pavillions and expositions; 
· to look over the Fair card indexes; 
· to learn about cards opened for general access in all of card indexes;
· to place its information in all of card indexes.
 
2. Paid service provides:
· examination of any cards of all of Fair card indexes; 
· placing of Participant cards opened for general access.

3. Sponsorship provides:
· full access to information about investment offers and projects, represented on Fair;
· placing, exposition and full opening for general access of investment offers and(or) Sponsor projects;  
· placing of advertisement for Sponsor on Fair WEB site;  
· placing of Sponsor Logo and information in Fair Program and  in published Fair arrangements materials.

4. A Partner program allows Participant-partner to earn the monies by attracting the new Fair participants.

PARTICIPANT HAS RIGHTS:

· to use the Fair information to conclude the contracts;
· to participate in partner and other programs of Fair;
· to participate in Fair conferences and auctions.

PARTICIPANT IS OBLIGATED:

· to pay 3% from sum of all of agreements, contracts, agreements and oth., concluded by him with help and/or mediation of Fair.

PARTICIPANT NOT MUST:

· to pass to anybody the Fair information which is closed for free access (names, postal and E-mail addresses, Internet links and telephones numbers of proprietors of investment offers and projects, and also any means of access to Fair information,  in that number logins, passwords, numbers of accounts and etc.);
· to use on other sites Fair technology and program product;
· to realize unsanction deliveries (SPAM) for new participants attracting.

FAIR IS OBLIGATED:

· to provide a full confidentiality of Participant registration information; 
· not to make for unsanction letters delivery use of Participant E-mail address;
· to pay out 10% of receipts from Fair services selling to new participants, which Participant attracted with use of partner program.

All of ownership rights and copyrights on idea, technology and software of Fair belong on its organizers. All of ownership rights and copyrights to Fair cards content belong on proprietor of copyrights to this cards content and protected by laws and international agreements about copyrights.

REFUSAL FROM RESPONSIBILITY AFTER STRAIGHT OR INDIRECT DETRIMENT.

A Fair renounces to relieve material responsibility after all types of losses: not received profit, stopping of participant activity, information loss, documents files formatting loss, or any other losses, arising because of use or Fair information or its impossibility to use, even if the Fair organizers  were warned about possibility of such detriment.

A Fair has the right to block accounts of  Participants, noticed in violation of present agreement.
